Institutional Capacity Building
This division is geared toward enhancing the overall capacity of institutions or organizations involved in development activities. Institutional TA focuses on improving the internal systems, structures, and processes of organizations to ensure they can effectively manage and sustain development efforts. Key components include:
Institutional capacity building: Strengthening the skills, knowledge, and resources of organizations, especially in governance, management, and operations.
System development: Assisting in the design and implementation of new systems, such as financial management, project management, or monitoring and evaluation systems.
Policy advice and reform: Providing support in developing or revising policies, regulations, and laws to improve organizational and sectoral performance.
Knowledge sharing and networking: Facilitating the exchange of information, lessons learned, and best practices between organizations, networks, or countries.
